Title of Activity: The Personality Development Club conducted “Campus to Corporate (C2C)”

News/Activity Details: The session “Campus to Corporate” was conducted on 29th August, 2021 for the first year engineering department. Professor Mr. Nikhil Bagde and Professor Mr. Madhav Deshapande were invited to speak in the session. Mr. Bagde spoke on the qualities that a person needs to possess to be successful in the corporate world and Mr. Deshpande explained how important it is for the students to understand the expectations that the industry has from fresh graduates as it will help in effective transition from campus to professional life and he also spoke about the career opportunities that exist in the corporate sector. The primary objective of this club was to help facilitate interface between the institute and the industry so that students get more exposure to the industry which would help them develop their skills and in turn increase their employability. It focused on guiding and preparing the students for the corporate life. The session has guided the students on how to improve their communication, how they could build confidence, bring positive changes in their attitude and behavior. The session was highly interactive which has resolved many issues regarding personal development through detailed interaction and question answers session.
