As the Director  Research  of this great Institute,  My main job and duty is to see each individual faculty must register for PhD in any university in India or abroad so that by 2025 no Non-PhD is left in the Institute. Each PhD or Non-PhD faculty must publish minimum one research journal paper  per year. Each faculty should get one sponsored  project from any funding agency. They should get some consultancy from the industries. Institute should organize workshop, conference or symposium National or International  one per year so that the Institute  emerges on the world map. Each faculty alone or with someone must write a book. Now what is important  is each faculty must generate some resource for the Institute. if we do all this then one day we will emerge as the second Pvt. University in Nagpur.
