Inauguration of Eco & Innovation Club
The First Year Engineering Department inaugurated “Eco and Innovation Club” on 26th July 2021. The inauguration was done at the auspicious hands of Dr Vijay Upadhye, Deputy Director, Centre of Research for Development (CR4D), Parul Institute of Applied Sciences (PIAS), Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat.
Dr. Vijay J. Upadhye enlightens the gathering by his wisdom and knowledge. He briefed the importance of innovation in academics, alignment of research, innovation towards entrepreneurship. He backed the importance of innovation and environment conservation in the growth of individual, society and nation. He officially declared the inauguration of the event. Prof. A. Ghaffar, HOD, First Year Engineering, explained the process of club formation, its importance by taking few practical examples of innovation and environmental conservation.
Faculty coordinator of club Dr. D. B. Rana, explained the motto of the club. He throws the light on objectives of the club, organization frame work, importance of Green Army and Innovators and outlined the activities under the club.
Mr. Jagnath Pradhan, Student Coordinator (Team Leader) proposed the vote of thank. The event was successfully handled by Ms. Utkarsha Ghagare, student section B, Sem II, 2020-21.
