As part of our on-going commitment to holistic development, the Institute places strong emphasis on the mental health and emotional well-being of its students, faculty, and staff. The Counselling Facility is established to provide accessible psychological counselling, mentoring, and well-being support in a compassionate and confidential environment.
Objectives:
The Counselling Facility aims to:

Address a broad range of psychological concerns, including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, confidence building, and related issues.

Help students and staff identify emotional difficulties and develop healthy and effective coping strategies.

Appointment Scheduling Process
For Students:
Students seeking counselling support may schedule an appointment by contacting their respective Teacher Guardians (TGs). The TGs will facilitate the process by introducing the student to the Counsellor through the concerned Head of Department.
Teacher Guardians are encouraged to actively guide and motivate students to utilize this valuable facility as an important step toward prioritizing mental and emotional well-being.
For Employees:
Employees may schedule an appointment by contacting their respective Heads of Department or In-Charges. The Head of Department or In-Charge will coordinate and introduce the employee to the Counsellor.
Counsellor:
The Counsellor provides a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where students and employees can openly share their concerns and receive professional guidance.
We are confident that the services offered through this Counselling Facility will contribute meaningfully to the personal growth, emotional resilience, and overall well-being of our students and staff.
