Publication

  • Paper publication in partner journals (Scopus/Web of Science/Cureus, etc.) is subject to independent review and acceptance by the journal.
  • SBJITMR/ICASTM-2026 will not be responsible for article publication decisions or any publication fees.
  • All communication regarding journal publication will be handled only by the respective journal, not by ICASTM-2026.

Manuscript Review & Acceptance

  • Papers must be original and not published/submitted elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism/Similarity Index must be within the permitted limit; otherwise, the paper will be rejected or sent back for revision.
  • Papers must follow the prescribed format and be submitted in PDF/Word.
  • Tables, figures, and images must have proper captions and references in the text.
  • Only papers recommended by reviewers will be accepted for the conference/journal publication.
  • Authors must resubmit revised manuscripts within the given deadline if revisions are requested.
  • ICASTM-2026 reserves the right to reject any paper at any stage.

Other Terms

  • Publication cost (if applicable) in partner journals will be borne by the authors.
  • Registration fees for the conference will not be refunded if the paper is not selected for journal publication.
  • The decision of the Journal’s Editorial Board is final and binding.
  • ICASTM-2026 reserves the right to select papers for associated international journals.
