The students of ETC Department Organised Product Donation Camp

The students of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department of S. B. Jain Institute of Management, Technology and Research took a great initiative to help the society by donating the useful technical products to the society. Electronics & Telecommunication Departmental Forum FEETA in collaboration with SANKALP club organized a social activity- “Product Donation Camp” on 28th December, 2018.
The projects were implemented by third year students in ePRO Workshop conducted during 24th to 28th December, 2018. Third year students implemented various projects like Remote operated Home appliance system and IIR based light control system. The Products were distributed in rural areas at Old Age Home, Adasa & Municipal High School, Kalmeshwar under extension activity of Department. The students enjoyed installing the projects at the school and Old Age Home. Students got an overwhelming response from the people of old age home.
The workshop was carried under the guidance of Prof. Waseem Khanooni and Prof. Amit Kale. Head of Department Dr. Abhay Kasetwar congratulated students for this good cause and assured them to conducted many such workshops in future


It’s a team game with 2 participants in each team. It consists of a single round. 100 questions were provided to the participants and they have to solve these questions within a time span of 1 hour. Questions were of type- image puzzles, general knowledge, Quantitative and logical reasoning.
The trick was, that the questions cannot be skipped.
The contestants were provided with full internet facility to search the answers but the questions were quite complicated.
Not only students but faculty members also participated in this event.
It was awarded 3rd rank among all the technical events in the college.
